Human Resources Cooperation Exchange

As the earliest company in Shandong Province with the right to engage in foreign economic and technological cooperation, the company is now the Vice-President of China-Japan Student Cooperation Agency and the “3A” Enterprise of Foreign Labor Service Cooperation. Over the past 30 years, the dispatch scale of company has always been at the forefront of the industry in China. The company has sent over 40,000 workers and trainees involving in construction, agriculture, machinery, aquatic products, catering, service, seafarers and other industries to Japan, Korea, Israel, Iraq, Germany, Serbia, Sudan, Chad, etc. The company also cooperates with shipping companies in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and other places to train and transport a large number of excellent ocean shipping personnel, constantly making new contributions to the cause of international talent exchange.

  • China-Japan Technical Trainee Cooperation

    With a cumulative dispatch of more than 20,000 labors, the company has engaged in  China-Japan

    technical trainee cooperation over the years and 

    has received support and affirmation from

    different society sectors. The company has been 

    awarded "No. 41 of China's 500 largest Service Enterprises", "China's 50 largest Foreign Labor 

    Service Contractive Enterprises", "MOFCOM's Top 30 Foreign Labor Service Cooperative Enterprises",

    and has long served as the executive director of China International Contractors Association

    (CHINCA), vice president of Sino-Japan Trainee 

    Cooperation Organization of China (SJTCOC), and 

    chairman of Shandong International Contractors Association (SICA), playing an important role in the industry management of the whole country and Shandong Province.

     

    China-Israel Labor Cooperation

    As one of the four pilot enterprises bilaterally 

    agreed by the Ministry of Commerce and Israel's

    Ministry of the Interior, the company has won the 

     favor of the Israeli government by virtue of its  

    hard technology, high efficiency and good 

    attitude. In November 2017, the first batch of 

    workers were sent out. In 2019, the number of 

    workers in Israel will reach more than 2,000.

    Since the launch of the China-German  Chef 

    Cooperation in 1997, as one of the 10 companies that have the right to operate China-German Chef Cooperation, the company has sent out more than 1,000 chefs to Germany, which has effectively 

    alleviated the employment pressure of the Chinese restaurants in Germany, promoted the development of Chinese restaurants in Germany, and become an important component of the economic and cultural exchanges between China and Germany.
